1 Leadership Immersion per month
Deep dive sessions on leadership fundamentals and best practices, providing information that supports the growth and transformation process.
1 Assignment per month
Individual and/or team assignments to support the process of transformation, raising awareness towards change, and step into your next level leadership.
1 Group Coaching Call per month
Group coaching calls for support and guidance on the journey of becoming the Inner Leader and creating your leadership vision and legacy.
Continuous online coaching
Leadership Group forum for leaders to ask questions and receive continuous coaching and mentoring support.
Leaders Community
Leadership community for leaders to share, support and celebrate each other throughout the journey, building community momentum, create life long bonds and grow and expand collectively.

Forget 1:1, at Inner Leader you have two mentors dedicated to YOU. For leaders who join until 30 April, you receive a kick-off session with Ana Lino and Rita Penteado to design your specific journey.

Inner Leaders 1 Day Retreat with all Inner Leaders, activities, exercises to celebrate the journey and achievements. For all Leaders who join by 7 May 2025.

All classes are on Zoom and lectured in Portuguese by mentors Rita Penteado and Ana Lino.
Upon subscription you will receive an email with all information, links and access to Group Forum.
Mentorship begins May 1st and has a duration of 1 year. Classes are bi-weekly on Tuesdays at 3pm.
